यमुना अथॉरिटी (Yamuna Authority) के आवंटियों के लिए जरूरी खबर है। सीईओ डॉ. अरुणवीर सिंह ने बताया कि डिफाल्टर आवंटियों के लिए निकाली गई ओटीएस स्कीम 31 मार्च को समाप्त हो जाएगी। जिन आवंटियों को स्कीम का फायदा उठाना है, वह 31 मार्च 2023 तक ओटीएस स्कीम में आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद भूखंडों का आवंटन रद्द किया जाएगा। सख्ती के साथ बकाया की वसूली की जाएगी। यमुना ऑथोरिटी के 16 हजार आवंटी डिफॉलटर हो चुके हैं।

अथॉरिटी से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार अभी तक ओटीएस स्कीम में फायदा लेने के लिए 773 आवंटियों ने एप्लीकेशन जमा कर दी हैं। जबकि 161 आवंटियों ने अपनी बकाया धनराशि एक मुश्त जमा कर दी है। इससे यमुना अथॉरिटी को 448 करोड़ रुपये बकाया मिलेगा। यमुना अथॉरिटी ने एकबार फिर से डिफाल्टर आवंटियों के लिए ओटीएस स्कीम निकाली है। इस स्कीम का फायदा वह आवंटी उठा सकते हैं, जो अपने प्लॉट या फ्लैट की किस्त समय पर जमा नहीं कर पाए हैं। आवंटियों पर ब्याज की धनराशि भी जुड़ गई है। ओटीएस में ख्याल रखा गया है कि अथॉरिटी का बकाया पैसा भी वसूल हो जाए और आवंटी पर अधिक भार नहीं पड़े।

सीईओ ने बताया कि यह स्कीम 31 मार्च को समाप्त होगी। अभी तक इस स्कीम में 773 आवंटियों ने ओटीएस स्कीम का फायदा लेने के लिए एप्लाई किया है। 161 आवंटियों ने एकमुश्त धनराशि जमा करा दी है। लिहाजा, फैसला लिया गया है कि आवंटी ओटीएस स्कीम में 31 मार्च तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद कोई स्कीम नहीं आएगी और कोई आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। सरकार ने बकायादारों से भूखंड वापस लेकर पुनः आवंटन करने का आदेश दिया है।
